I'll have to wait until lockdown is over to have it pressure tested but the same thing has worked out well on the other 3646 builds that I did this onImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Nice touch with the lead gaskets Image I tried to do that with a 3646 I once had, but could only get one of the gaskets on. The movement holder was a few threads short of allowing me to install both.

Please let us know how the pressure test goes :)
I'll let you know once lockdown is over, it should work out ok as long as I did the hypo cement on the plexi ok and didn't end up with any gaps around its circumference,
Get the plexi in as soon as you put the thin bead of cement in the bezel channel as it dries quite quickly and then turn the plexi a quarter turn just so its spread round without gaps, sometimes you have to re do this several times to get it right, the rest is pretty fool proof,
This one is ok to 100m Image

Tell us more about the making of the dial. How it's constructed?

Its a stephen dexter dial but i damaged the plexi aging it so i made one using a hunter pocket watch plexi, this actually worked out better because I used a 37.2mm plexi and the dial actually fits inside the lip so it ended up much thinner.
I also aged the dial itself to make it more matte under the plexi and a faded effect in the middle,
Hands are athaya, i made a faux cp by putting a bit of solder wire in the top and waving a lighter over it until it went like a shiny ball on top (that was about 10 seconds with the flame)
