Panerai bought 150 NOS Angelus 240s in the 1990s?.... the min/hr hands are horrible, should of used updated Curved hands design.

Damn that is a beautiful watch! It’s a bummer they are only building one, but if they made ten thousand and sold them for 50% dealer discount it would still be out of my price range.

I like that they give the option of sapphire or plexi. I like to do both on my builds- low dome sapphire + gasket for water resistance and a plexi fitted above for a layer of added protection. Sapphire is tough but doesn’t hold up in motorcycle crashes.
