1st "dive watch".....the gigandet sea ground rolex sub homages. At the time I thought they were great watches...well built,SS & apparently
300m of water resistance. Now as I had purchased them from amazon I had no idea how they were gonna look on wrist. They ened up looking
a bit to large...43mm & protruding solid end links .Fast forward a couple of years & gaining a little more knowledge I started to look at getting
something that would sit better on wrist(short lug - lug)Seiko was the first brand I looked at,great history & they make outstanding dive watches
Then a friend showed me his watch,it was steeldive replica of the 6105 & it looked & felt very nice. When he told me the price,my jaw kinda hit the flaw.So back home & order placed for they skx & 6105 replica's.They arrived last week & after alternating between the 2 I can say im delighted with em.They dont have the greatest bracelets but then gain neither does the skx.So far they have kept excellent time...the 6105 has gained 3-4 sec's & the skx has lost 2-3 over the week. Both have ceramic bezels inserts with the 6105 being lumed,Sapphire glass,NH35 & flipping fantastic lume. They were
both in the region of £115 delivered including vat & po handling charge
