7750 non chronograph case ideas and suggestions

I am in the process of looking for a 7750 case (non chronograph) no pusher case. I would like to steer clear of panerai style cases for now, so not the submersible and not the ferrari style cases.

I am looking for a case preferably in the 40-43mm range. I know that there are more watches out there with a non chrono 7750 than I know and you guys are a great resource. Ideally I want to track down one of these cases with a dead movement....I have a 32mm x 6.5mm movement looking for a home.

Any suggestions, pics, very much appreciated.
