custom hands

who will be the best for doing some custom hands?

I want to use mercedes hands for a custom build

the hands are for a eta 2801-2, hole size is 1.50, 0.90 , 0.25mm.
this hands are a lot on ebay but there are to short 8.5, 12, 12mm.
I need them with a length of 10, 14, 14mm (measure from hole middle to end)
any suggestions?

Have you scanned often, cousins and wenping1970?
Slim chance only in this length.

Tiger would be an option too, but I think they offer nothing larger than 12mm

I search the web alot but couldnt find anything larger than 12mm

You have to broach it yourself.

there are great, I never did the broaching of hands. look some vids for broaching and with the right tools it’s possible to do. only Im afraid of the second hand it would be better to make it in a tube. but not easy to find a 0.25mm inner diameter tube maybe use from some other 2824 hands

Ross make hands with a small hole in them so that might be enough for fitting the seconds hand.
