Got in touch with a lady a few months ago, she said that she had a tall clock she wanted help with.
It turned out that she had a bunch of wrist watches, wall clocks, mantle clocks, more than one tall clock, alarm clocks and pocket watches.....16-17 in all, I have lost count by now.
I have fixed them all and we summed up everything yesterday.
She seems to find more all the time and she showed me a "worthless" alarm clock with an unknown history.
A little brown leather case...hm, no dial and hands. Odd!
It turned out to be an Angelus SF240, KW, brushed plates, incastar and incabloc, everything in pristine condition...
What the heck happened to that dial and those hands?
It works, but slow because of old and dry oil.
She wanted me to have it if I could use it...Could I use it? LOL!
