From drilling, to tapping, to lining up and while assembling the parts.

Teaser? It will be an incabloc movement. Parts to be assembled for the first time since the 1950s. Like having a Virgin.

The best one can do with your clothes on.

You horny old dogs. But I have to admit, thinking about a virgin watch movement is somehow more exciting than the ladies you post on the chat.

Michael, how long have you been collecting the parts for?

I have been collecting since 2006, tools and watches. I got my first Angelus SF240 clock 2011 and the latest one landed here this week. All in all I have had 9 of them and so far I have sold 4, all converted.

Regarding the parts for SF240, I have collected these in 2-3 years and the only reason for having some hard to find parts for these is that my supplier decided to close the shop and retire.

someone on this planet has to be hoarding boxes of parts for SF240? Maybe in the cellar of the old Angelus building are a bunch of SF240's sitting in dusty old boxes?

This is what I love about our weird passion for watches. It is a life long search. Anyway, looking forward to a build log for that movement!
