This is Amperes/Perezcopes work.

His ordering surprised me, because it is different as compared to what you can read in standard Panerai literature.

What‘s your opinions on this?

I tend to agree on placing the release of the cali dials in the same period as the kiefer and sterile ones. They must have used anything at hand in the last years of war.
Besides it seems logical to identify the rivet dial as the first prototype dial, which was later swapped once Panerai realized radium was creating a warping effect on the plexi dial.
I don't agree instead on placing the WL prototype in the early 60's. Design-wise and production-wise that is clearly an early attempt to solve the thin soldered lugbars issues so, imho, it may have been produced anywhere between the 40's and 50's, in any case before the 6152 and 6154 case and even the hornlug. It would have just made no sense to make a step backwards after developing such cases.
Just my two cents.

Ahh, never looked at the WL in this way. Very interesting hypothesis. Indeed, hard to understand why you should continue to develop a 3646 once you have a case with proper lugs and a CG.
What puzzled me most is the placement of the 2533 dial.
I was always under the impression that this belonged to the earliest dials in the first place. In fact, Perezcope mentions in one of his IG posts that he believes that the Vacheron Dealer Panerai modeled it on a very early VC Disco Volante:

Once agreed that Richemont isnt reliable, I think we can all have our say and consider it "right"
The 2533 is a puzzle yes... maybe an early sandwich prototype?

On the bright side, this uncertainty is the carte blanche for creativity

I guess this is why I like fantasy builds so much...

On the other hand, it is a pity because accurate infos would be interesting in the first place as far as history itself is concerned and certainly would help to distinguish legit from fake.
