Does gen using same incabloc Dmitry?

It's not gen, of course. Gen has incabloc while this movement is equipped with KIF shockproof. Though it's concidered to be better than incabloc.

Hi everyone here is a classic project I'm on these days : converting a 005 to a 318.
As I am a beginner this looks to me like a good way to get into building, with relatively easy technical aspects.

Base watch is a non working HF 005 which came with an unknown "Brooklyn" CB.
Of course, I bought a brand new raw Unitas 6497 for it, to get into the 318's historical "real deal".
I realized the CP was H1 on it so I changed it for a ETA H3, which makes the hands height good now.

Only thing I have to deal with still are the hands. I got 2 sets which were wrong (wrong lume then wrong polish), I wonder if gen hands are something to be found, or if aftermarket's (such as WSO offers for instance) are good enough. Yes gentlemen, I'll take any good advice on this lol.

Will update when finished.ImageImageImageImage

Cool you were able to get an HF 005 dial! Sorry what do you mean with wrong polish on the hands? I know Helenarou has preV hands but don’t know how it stacks against WSOs.

I 1rst got a set of relumed hands but the color tone was wrong. Then I ordered a set from WSO but wrong reference : the minute/hour hands had a shiny finish... so I ordered again from WSO and wait for my 3rd hand set right now lol. Patience is everything ;)

The lume on the WSOs hands are very bad in my experience, at least on the rose gold 10x14 hands for a 44mm luminor. The day color is fine, very white. But the brightness is pretty much non existent.

3652 3D printed mockup

Everything seems to fit well

Note: before I decide to sell these case sets I need to print one for myself in metal to see if quality is good enough
