It's a plexi dial engraved by Athaya and finished by myself: I had two versions, on the first I crack the plexi with too big rivets. For both I had to :
sanding down to the right thickness from the top surface
repolished the top suface
Trim small nail to the desired size and shape, flat for myself. I used the nail in the dremel as a lathe.
Try to smooth with rubber tip on dremel the inside of the numbers
Apply lume in the numbers
Put in place the nail/rivets on the dial with enough space to not crack the dial.
Use the lume mix to seal the rivets from the backside or glue
Remove carefully the excess of lume as the Athaya come with black on the backside

Very cool! .... I have a bunch of plastic containers with dividers and one of those Plano fishing tackle boxes similar to what Emilio posted (they sell those on Amazon)

This is my solution:

It’s a dentists tool drawer made by Baisch. I build sideboards, coffee tables and small desks from these sometimes and found it to be perfect...

I have just repurposed on old painting box to store all my watch bits and pieces - I think it looks quite good with the G Panerai & Figlio plate.
