Not really a wristshot but i wanted to share this 90 years old leather

very beautiful build, the strap is wonderful and fit very well on that watch

Thanks mate, a little aging on the case would be great but the mirror polish is so shiny i Can't convince myself to scratch it

don’t do, that is what I like a lot on that watch, a new looking case with an old vintage style strap, all my builds like this

new looking 6162 on a swiss army horse belt leather from 1943 (see stamp)

Vintage meets modern classic

There are not many people who love I panerai ... but you are a case out of the standard ... With all the models you have you go crazy.

To me, Panerai is simply lifestyle (the historical theme, the simplicity) and it's less intrusive than other brands like Rolex, Hublot etc.
Less bling bling...if you know what I mean!
Another point is that a 39mm watch looks a bit lost on my wrist!

I agree with what you are saying. Essentiality on the Panerai is the dominant principle.
