I am a total disaster, I have at least 10 cases here from 2009 to 2018 and I have still not found the time to build anything. NZ depth gauge, Davedew case,very early DSN 6152, a few Hamilton cases from Germany, a Nejad bronze 3646, an early slim 3646 with Southy high bezel and fat ass case back, Oyang case, the list goes on...

I am leaning towards the dark brown, perhaps black to match the dial, with a light sticthing, time will tell.
