Yup, you would be right!

I think it’s in need of a service (despite it apparently already having one when I purchased it). The regulator arm is off the chart to keep it in time.
There is service and service, done the right way makes a world of a difference. Normally a movement would start to run slow and then you speed it up a little, until you are where this one is now. It is like running in clay with rubber boots, pretty cumbersome.
