Its an OMF, the bezel has been re shaped and lowered to a more gen like profile, 6 o'clock subdial hand frozen, gen bezel insert and the sapphire replaced with a plexi.

Why a frozen 6 o'clock hand?
Because the rep uses a 2 register chrono with slave hand at 6 that follows the time, genuine watch is 3 register with 6 o'clock hand measuring hours so if the chrono isn't in use that hand always points to 12 (rather than pointing at the time like the one below like this one in the picture)
