Definitely had my eye on that. V2?

Yes its a V2. Very pleased. Got it from Sead at Supermirrors for $400 and free shipping.

This arrived about 30 minutes later , hard to photograph well because of crystal shape distortion.

I have one Sharkey 6105 enroute to have the dial & hands swapped for Seiko 6105 aftermarkets.
And this should arrive in the next couple days 47mm 372 case

I really like that. Especially how the lume is done. Is that a one off of Ebay or does the seller have more?

Covid = eBay time. Nice catch there.
I actually had it made, it really was a long process and not sure I would do it again . At least 6 months and near $600 worth. I think though between Christmas and Covid 19 the maker probably got slowed down. But still.

I have ordered so many straps and bracelets lately I am having trouble keeping track. Watches on the way just two.
1. Herodia. Normally I avoid auctions of vintage with no pictures of the movement but the case has developed such a beautiful patina and I love the depth of the dial.

While trying to research it some I also learned what Monorex is. :)

2. I have enjoyed the marriage watch I made so much that I have been looking for another pocket watch with a 6498 to do a second one. I really wanted something different in the dial though. This Bulova is just what I was looking for!

well the Angels are kept in different boxes in different places. putting everything in one tray is not a good choice in case someone breaks into the house and make away with that tray of watches.
