I have been seeing a lot of what I think are "dollar store" pocket watches on Ebay. My question would be can anyone tell me how you would wind this one?

is missing the crown and crown tube (I have added one by drawing it)

I think the crown and the stem is missing. look at the fourth picture at 12 there is a hole.

According to description, it fits with diameter, since it is about 36.5mm...
