So the latest acquisition to my watch collection is an Oris Diver 65 "BiCo" and I'm in love! My Rolex and Panerai have been collecting dust over the past few months as my Oris has been an almost daily wearer since it came in. I love the low profile and how much it references classic diving watches and I've been oiling the bronze almost daily to help along the patina. It's one of those watches that's so comfortable you forget your wearing it half the time.

Wonderful watch on full titanium bracelet but as All titanium cases, scratches All around. As this one is not à safe Queen. Sellita sw200 movement. Damn accurate and comfy for a daily wear.
But mine haven't got the wrist time it deserves.
Total weight is about 150 grams with titanium bracelet i think

Re: Oris watches- opinions?
I had the Oris 1000m Diver titanium Carlos Coste, very well built! Oris are very well made specially their sport and dive watches.
They are equal to much higher priced watches and are well built.I regret selling mine,at least it went to a friend.

I have this oris titan diver since 2010 and it houses a sw200 from sellita and i must say the finish on it is on par with much pricy brands. The movement worked fine since the beginning and i even tried To bring it To my watchmaker for service in 2015 and i was told That it wasn't necessary simply tested on witchi timegrapher.
The finish on the strap is particularly Nice.

Re: Oris watches- opinions?
the movement was originally designed as a skeleton movement! wow! both front n back are beautiful! this is porn!!!
Extract from Hodinkee,
The Caliber 115 wasn’t simply "skeletonized," (a process where superfluous material is removed from the mainplate and bridges). Instead it was initially conceptualized as a skeleton movement, meaning no material has actually been subtracted – it was manufactured with open space in mind. The Caliber 115 is the focal point of the watch indeed, but Oris didn't stuff this movement into an existing case. A titanium case comprised of grade 2 and grade 5 titanium components was designed to seamlessly wrap around the new movement. It doesn't use a traditional movement retaining ring set up – instead, the case is constructed in multiple pieces, and tolerances are exacting enough to allow the 44mm case to be assembled tightly around the movement. There are no chamfers, bevels, or polishing on the movement, either. It’s mostly galvanized, lending a raw industrial feel to the watch.
