Really interesting dial! Which movement?
It's got an Asian 6497 with some extra gears, The top dial is supposed to be a 24 hour indicator but its not very accurate, the left subdial is seconds. The watch is supposed to be a Kamikaze watch from WW2 and it was built for me in Singapore by Pratt at RWI. He made lots of really unique and one off builds that are very popular among some old timers from RWI, I currently have 6 of his builds. I have to thank Dave unreformed66 as he rebuilt most of these movements which were literally put together in a Moped shop in Singapore

Here is a 007 spinning buzzsaw 5513 by Pratt

There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

That is one good dress watch! My guess is that the movement is marked Waltham and made by ETA.
Thanks Yoda. Image
