Take good care of that can, I inherited it from an old watchmaker who was a very good friend and he lost the battle to cancer. It was time to pass it on to someone who would appreciate it as much as I have and it was perfect for the dial. The dial came from his shop when I helped the family to sort everything.

If it turns out to be worth more that a few $, donate the funds to cancer research.

Oh... Precious one. Thank you Yoda.. I like to keep old stuffs.

Two in one day....

A beautiful Hamilton 917 from Albatross and a 'dead on arrival' (although I already knew that would be the case) ebay purchase Cortebert 620R.
Hopefully the cort will be salvageable with a little bit of tlc and servicing in due course from someone on HF.
