As far as I understand this long dispute,
this temporary decision looks like just a little slap on the wrist,
maybe a maneer for COMCO to show they are tired to be used by Swatch Group…
Reading the COMCO text is interesting:
first they say that they are not able to take a final decision before summer 2020,
so they decide that settlement of 2013 still has to be applied,
BUT since Swatch was pretending that their order process requires at least 6 months before delivery (production planification),
then COMCO conclude to this temporary ban.
It seems like Swatch got caught her own petard.
Let's hope that ETA will want to sell their stock movements to small companies meanwhile...
