If understood correctly, ETA can sell movements only inside Swatch group AND to companies who has less than 250 employees?

Yep. If I get them correctly this should guarantee that not only a few big ones get movements but everyone who desires them, in particular the small ones.
Still, this is weird.
For me it is unclear why this commission did not onky tell Swatch to deliver each and every professional that demands their movements.

I'm even more surprised they can't sell to bigger players outside Swatch group..
