Yes... I can't explain it to my wife... She simply doesn't understand my sentence "it's not hobby, it is therapy"

thats a very well said sentence. ImageImageImage this „therapie“ helped me back in the days to come back to life

indeed it is! evertime I service a movement and after assembling it finish and it perform great again it is just a happy feeling. I think you know what I mean Image

Yup. I noticed I become nervous if I make pauses longer than a week with this therapy...
On the other hand, if I work 3- 5 days a week, I'm cool and calm as judge
That makes sense: we need to be calm and concetrated to work with this tiny stuff. Heartbeat rate goes down, hands are still and non-shaky... So after a hour or two of such meditation, you can maybe feel tired,, but you'll be happy and like brand new man...that's for sure.
