The girls and I are very excited - my wife less so...(oh well)

Not that it is easy to see (in the photo), but I love the juxtaposition of the Aussie Gum Tree and the first snow of winter. Orange (unlike most of Australia) is cold…So all very excited.

I should have the 1st 15 Leather Bands soon….

Our late spring is your early fall/winter. In 2 months I will be cussing the 40+ C degree heat for for 3 months.

No Mate VAT/GST is a fact of life.

Any consumption tax is a regressive tax and hits the poor far more than the rich. Good if you are rich, but I am philosophically against regressive taxes. But our politicians are controlled by the rich, big business and foreign companies and governments.

Since the introduction of this tax in 2000, the cost of living has risen dramatically for the average person. Statistics lie and the amount of compulsory expenditure (health, education, tolls, electricity, gas, rent, ….all the stuff everyone needs to live)….Sucks

There was snow I promise. Now 2018-12-20 and it is 28C and no snow.

All quite here. Trying to get some work done for my brother-in-law, but things get in the way. Keep an eye out for the New Snowflake and the New Chronos Coin. I have put my investor hat on and will be buying more silver in case the SHTF - shit hits the fan

New Snowflake - graduated dial, applied indices, new hands (they are French and magnifique), new almost Chronometer movement - they will not sell me the COSC certificate as that is only for Special People (Swiss companies). I am taking orders.....
