Identification of a Omega pocket watch

Hi all

Im looking to find the type of an old (ca. 1940) Omega pocket watch, which i got from my great-grandfather.
If the Story is correct he got it from the „Deutsche Reichsbahn“ where he worked for decades
It’s 750 gold version, which i didn’t find a second one like this, while crawling the internet.

Maybe one of you can point me in the right direction

The calibre is right there under the balance, I can see ..7.5T or 1, that is that. Lovely watch!

It is not at all certain that Omega made both case and movement, movement only and the case maker is someone else.

I responded to a private message that Kleinerzauberer sent me but I'll repeat it here and even add a little to it. The serial number on the movement dates it to approximately 1946. It has the Helvetia mark for 18 carat gold and the "hammer without a handle" mark for a case made "Outside of Geneva" with the 115 stamp for Manufacture Favre & Perret SA. Here's a helpful page for deciphering Swiss hallmarks.

Could someone give me a glue about what it's worth?
So that it helps to make a decision to:
A.) Keep it as it is
B.) Find an experienced watch smith to do a service
C.) Sell it

Nice watch! That is one pristine looking and running movement. If you're going to keep it, have it serviced, for sure. I used to own a watch with a 37.5T1 movement with geneva stripes...was so pretty, I miss it
