From scratch

Post by Yoda »

I have decided that I only need one SF240 and therefore I have sold a few movements lately, one SW left and a few KW.
But I have NOS parts and I will build a movement from scratch with them, reckon it will be a special feeling when it is finished.
When I have done that I will sell the movement I already have.
It's possible that I will convert a KW later on, but it is not in my plan at the moment.

It will take some time, nothing is assembled, jewels must be pushed in, incabloc springs fitted and so on.

I am suddenly not sure if I have all the screws needed, but probably.

It will happen in a few months time, summer is here and this time of the year I only work when it is raining.

Yeah very cool, please document this!

I still need to send you my movements M.

Does this mean you wouldn't work on them until the season changes?
