Movement help for a project.

Does anyone know of a similar vintage movement (smaller and crown setting) that I can use for a project? I love the bridge on this.

That's gorgeous but at 44mm diameter that ain't fitting in many wearable watches. Have you searched for other Tissot movements. They may have made similar one's in a smaller version.

Oh that’s brilliant. That’s a great starting point.

I’m not sure....but I think that movement is missing a stem ....
Winding: Not Sure, Missing Stem.

Setting: Not Sure, Missing Stem.

Running: Yes, With Pressure Applied to the Center Wheel.

Of course! I never read the auction description.. I read these descriptions as the devil reads the bible.

I know that I have a small movement like that here, made by someone named Edouard something, he was one of the founders of Patek P. back then.. I remember that it was missing the hour wheel and the threaded part of them stem...these fuckers scrapping gold..so it ended up in my parts drawers.

The stem is highly polished as well, such a great piece of work.

Found the note among the movements:

"H. R. Ekegrén movement made by Eduard Koehn Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1920
A master of his craft delivers a watch to one of the great companies in the trade: Eduard Koehn (1839-1908) worked his way up at Patek Philippe from watchmaker to director. He later bought the company H. R. Ekegrén. He was a supplier to Tiffany in New York but also to Caldwell in Philadelphia. James Emmot Caldwell (1813-1881) had established his business in 1839, the year when Koehn was born. The company still exists and is a major jewellery retailer".

Problem with these is that they are usually pin (or lever) set. I have one of useable size, but it's pin set too...
