Thanks for the link. Is it better quality than River?

Very nice dial.

He told me that the dial is gen and it comes from „FABRICCA QUADRANTI S.A. NOVAZZANO“ and it’s from the Pre-V era.

FABBRICA QUADRANTI S.A. NOVAZZANO" and Panerai:The inscription "FABBRICA QUADRANTI S.A. NOVAZZANO" associated with Panerai refers to rare, historic service or replacement dials (specifically the famous "sandwich" dials) produced for the ETA 6497 movements used by the well-known watchmaking brand. Here are the key details surrounding this connection:The Manufacturer: Fabbrica Quadranti S.A. is a historic Swiss workshop specializing in the production of high-end watch dials. It was originally located in Novazzano (Canton of Ticino) before moving to Stabio and later Besazio. The company was ultimately acquired by the Gucci Group (Kering) in 2013.

Heard this was one of the factories used to make Panerai dials and this model wasn’t picked so they are prototype or rejects.

Swiss made been around since 1990s for Panerai easy to put T or L on them
