Unfortunately, this is not a cookie issue.
It it rather the result of German law asking every seller to register with an authority so that his packaging waste disposal is clarified.
Many shops on Ali did not do that and hence are unable to deliver to Germany...
Happened last year.

@slpf Here is another site, looks similar to the part from Yoda's link. This is in the UK, might be cheaper shipping. I have order parts from their "sister" US site, crystaltimes. The parts have always been high quality.

I bought a mod project watch on ebay and it came wit hthat bezel. It was quite stiff, I never used it. But the problem with this bezel is if it doesnt fit well on the case and is too stiff. that is PAINFUL to turn
