The first Panerai pocket watch as a travel case ever. Image „to go“ & „to stay“ Image

Watch case with front and rear glass. The crown pusher opens an empty lid which basically converts the watch to a desk clock (travel watch). So the opening lid is a stand.

At the moment with an eBay dial and an Asia 6497 clone, just to check all parts.
Next step would be to find old parts.
Amazing idea! I want Image ImageImage too... stop me please Image too many not finished projects

Finally have my conversion and service done. Beating strong at 280 and also more than 8 days. I’m totally in love with that movement and don’t ask me how many bad movements I came by. It will be my absolute dream build including the original curved hands and a NW dial. Sadly I never had the chance to get my fingers on to a NW case and that is why it will be an AliExpress NW clone case.
