The Hroudland WL case, ships with a quartz movement, internal diameter is just a couple millimeters too small for a 6497, but the Helvetia 51s fits perfectly. Really nicely made case, 44mm, sharp clean lines, sapphire crystal, fat spring bars.

I found an exhibition caseback from another case that fits the threads perfectly, wish the window was a bit bigger though.

I may have to change out the crown & crown tube, not sure if there’s enough room for a 1.2->0.9 adapter.

Start new project based on Athaya 6521/1 case ( old one) and just preparing Molnija movement to Rolex vintage look
Start with this :


And find Rolex bridges to exchange but it was a lot work as it was not 100% compatible and need to work on it …

Still unsatisfied. Lugs will be redrilled to accept larger bars.
