Which manufacturer is the 203 from?

Hi mate...

This one Pam 203 comes from Torobravo seller. Size is 1:1 for Angelus SF240, but inside now there is a cheap movement. I intend to upgrade to a genuine SF240 if I can find it at a reasonable cost.
