Stem issue.

I have this Citizen 7312A quartz movement and I can't figure out how to remove the stem.....

Normally I have no trouble finding out what to do, but this one is a bit tricky. It is most likely a Myota movement and I wonder if I simply should lift the setting lever or release the spring above it.
