I found this KW non alarm Angelus SF240 with narrow CdG and gold stripes. It's a bit confusing as it is from somewhere between 1934 and 1936, but it has what Jose (Perestroika) described as repositioned case screws and the glucydur balance....a bit early, yes.
I think that it will be the one to use in a wrist watch in a future project and I will show the movement in the appropriate forum Movement shot of the moment when I have sorted my other obligations.
I am exited by the pristine bridges, so a new mainspring, staff, some tweaking of the (thank God) flat hairspring, shortening of the setting arbor and winding arbor to allow it under the case back......
A future project.

Re: A future project.
What a great find! I always believed that the SF240 was introduced in 1936, so this must be one of first.
Does the serial number beginning 849... narrow it down? Condition cosmetically looks wonderful for the age.
