Sometimes there just are not parts available, so you just make due or make them! Over the years i have gathered the tooling to make most common parts, from tubes, movement rings, to more complex parts, I love making them so I thought I'd show the process, mostly, when I remembered to take images.
First you start with a rod of stainless.
Turn it to close to size
Turn some more to get closer to size in all dimensions

Just happens to be for the movement ring but it's the same process for most round parts.
Now cut off or "part" the individual pieces
Make sure they fit, kind of important...
Fine tune them
Same on the rest of the parts, measure measure repeat then cut
Now the antimagnetic cover, same process but with mild steel
Shape it and fine tune it to fit correctly
Take a break, it helps clear the mind from this tedious occupation (light wind so I tried out my drifter, big light air sail straight out of the '70's)
More testing fitting and fine tuning
Some aging, it has to look the part...
Stick it all together, lots of testing and fine tuning, all these parts have to fit perfectly, or it binds, or crushes things!
All those parts stuffed into a <6mm case set
