Does anyone know of a UK based modded/repairer who would take on a dial and hand change in the UK? 3646 case, Cortebert movement.

You are right, he was based in Ukraine but he moved to UK.

You are right, he was based in Ukraine but he moved to UK.
Good to know, would love a couple of his builds, makes it a lot easier without customs!
