I have been away from the forum for a really long time. Probably since not long after the change from the old forum with other hobbies (mountain biking and film photography) and things (having a kid and building a garage) consuming my time.

But have been feeling the itch to build again. I have a project watch I bought from Southy that needs finishing, parts for fanasty pilot watch that I bought a while ago, bits to do a brass Amphibian build and I just ordered some parts from Namoki to do a build with a dial I got years ago.

It has been a long time. Nice to have you back with us. Good luck with your project, it sounds intersting.

Planning on it soon probably during my winter holiday break. On the Vostok project, I need to figure out why the stem is not clicking into place. On the Nakomi case build, need to buy a movement and decide a set of hands to use.

Those will be my two to get back into it. Then tackle the Southy.
