Advice on non-PAM straps

Need to upgrade vintage Seiko and likewise with some new straps. 18/16mm ... any advice on makers, both here on HF and elsewhere?

Give a pm shot to Greenstraps (Jorge). He is one of the Greek members here and a keen Seiko watch master enthusiast
