Does anyone have the dial measurements?
I’m willing to try and cut one to see how it works but don’t have any around.

Is anyone here who could help?

I had one some time ago. It was 37 mm in diameter and the outer part ('black' dial) was 2 mm thick. This part was hollow and inside fits the plexi with the raised numbers and a thin brass base plate. You can check the link to my build in my signature, I think there are pictures in there. Hope this helps
