Some shaping / thining and drilling left to do i don't like the way it sticks out it needs to be flush. The original was a little under size.

I rough it out with the band saw then the mill with a 2mm carbide endmill as close as i can get to the trace lines then sand it even closer with a small belt sander and then flies, sand paper on a glass plate so it sands flat.

LOL its actualy fun i listen to some relaxing music and hours pass by in this case about 3h up to now
