CAD file for Case

Hi all

I am looking to build a watch and have an idea for a watch case that I would like to get manufactured based on an Omega 266 movement
Is anyone on here capable of helping me turn my idea into a CAD file for CNC?

I am happy to pay if needed of course...

Also recommendations for any specialists who deal in this professionally would be greatly appreciated.

I would need the internal dimensions. Well, all the dimensions in general
