My first hunt of Angelus clock movement: SF130

Post by sazabi2001 »

Not seeing a lot of these and not sure how much it actually worth, but I paid £6 (about $8?) from a flea market for a broken alarm clock, and turns out there is a nice movement inside.

It’s kind of running when I got it, but after a bit of cleaning and oiled, it runs well. Sadly it’s a bit too big to put in a wrist watch case, but it does look very good. No brand name visible on the back so I guess that’s why it was cheap.

I have no knowledge about Angelus before I got this clock thing, then I found here and I think now I want a SF240 too.
