Gordon, Nightwatch on this forum, has a sponsor section and offers ready to use high quality 6152 case sets. He has an online store. He sells dials and hands too.

A cheaper solution could be buying a case set from Jackson (jacksontse . com) and then fine tune it. Using a vintage replacement dial from Athaya (sponsor of this forum), Stephen Dexter (steph_dexter), Ross (rmcsherry) or belkin12, for example.

That would require a set of specific hands (from eBay or Ross) and a custom movement ring (from kpoy or River) too.
