I'm new here but love homage creations.

A few years ago my wife wanted to get me a birthday present . I told her that I wanted to have Neckyzips create a watch for me and that she should have the case back glass engraved with a message. Joe made me a watch that I actually had been wanting , with a few extra added things.
So it's A 3646 case but I asked him to put the Crown Guard on it from the newer models.... I know that's incorrect for that case but that would hopefully make it more unique. He skeletonized a 6498 movement and put on a Cali dial that was vintagized. For me, a relative Newbie at that time, it was a kick. He engraved it with my wife's message (which was actually not anything sarcastic or x-rated i'm happy to add.) So now , I wear it a bit and then it goes in my showcase . Until I broke a lug and had to send it back to Joe to fix. Now I am referred to this forum, which I have been on for a while but not actively participating , and I am really getting into it. I warn you, this creation is not for the feint of heart. I'm happy to own it...and I hope you all enjoy looking at it...It might not be to the liking of all here but it's grown on me.
