Exchange wheels from Molnija to Cortebert 616

I’ve a destroyed Cortebert 616 with 4th and center wheel damaged. Is it possible to use the wheel from a Molnija? Did anyone here already tried this? I know the Molnija is thinner but are the wheels identical?

Yes, Molnija center wheel is compatible... have to use one from 3601 if I recall correctly.
