I want to order some parts from SINN.de, however being in the USA they will alway refer us to Watchbuys ... and they won't sell individual parts unless you send it in for the nice service. I just got the reply from them.

I need a bezel insert, date wheel and 2x of their strap changing tools. I am certain the silver strap tool they sell with no problem. The bezel insert would be for a 757 Diapal and the date wheel would be for one of their original U1 models, black with white numerals. Also, an empty SINN box would be nice if they have one ... one of my watches I bought without the box .. would like to complete the set.

Let me know any fellow folks in Deutschland.

because of the covid the shipping cost to US is very high now around €50-60

Shipping to the USA in Spain is only 5€ to 15€

It is interesting, because they have a parts order portal and application form ... so that is somewhat strange, but let's where it leads.

Since I am in the USA ... Sinn (DE) will not sell me any parts, and they strictly refer US inquires to Watchbuys, their representative in the USA ...and I believe WB uses RGM to service all Sinn watches in the USA.

I enquired about a replacement dial from sinn and they were happy to sell direct to me in the UK.
