I saw this watch on sale.

Does anyone knows the history of these Breitling watches?

I saw a bunch of DPW over eBay with the Breitling dial. The model would be the 80210. But don’t know much on this to make a call and get one

So this 80210 was Breitling military watches. This model end up as the Colt line.

As far as I know DPW was a case maker. The watch in the first picture is not a Brietling. At least it has no Breitling markings on the dial.

It’s like calling a Sicura a Breitling, because the company bought up Breitling’s equipment after it went under.

You sure that’s how the watch came originally? It is a Breitling crown and case back. Can’t tell from picture if the movement is stamped Breitling. Why wouldn’t the dial have any Brietling markings?

I agree.

But Found the same model for sale but with Breitling dial. Maybe the dial was swapped from a colt.

The only marks at that watch are inside the case back and the crown.
