Just saw this on one of the forums. Think this isa pretty neat piece. For $149, an automatic. Would of been nicer with a Swiss engine, but still nice. The freaking dial is printed on the inside of the crystal.

Very interesting, very automobile inspired. Looks like 40mm-ish.

Hmm, that’s a good point regarding breaking the crystal. Didn’t think about that.

My cousin got a TT Rolex datejust on a Friday. Got up on Saturday morning and knocked it off his bathroom counter face first onto the tile floor. Smashed the crystal in one day. Full service and new crystal not under warranty by the factory. Ouch.
I've personally never broken a crystal accidentally.

Okay, you get me. But your replacement cost for this accident is $149.

Last time i broke a watch was in 1989 a ,Rolie sub was on the top of my drawer only about 1 meter high and was in a hurry to leave to catch a plane on my rush i accidentally pushed the watch which fell with the glass side down and cracked immediately. I was surprised how a diver watch can crack so easily repaired it and sold it about a year later.I never had a watch break or crack again, even when on time me an a friend were speargun fishing and i was accidentally pushed to a rocky side from an underwater current and my Omega Seamaster smashed on the rock ,the bezel scratched a little but the crystal was intact!Actually i believe there is more danger in smashing a crystal if you hit it to a small point like a nail or something then flat surface ,its like car window glasses.Still good watch crystals haze and crack but dont open ,in case you were diving to let water in.

I have never broken a crystal but have chipped the edge of a Hardlex crystal the first day of having a watch and scratched up more mineral crystals than I can remember. That is why a watch having Hardlex or mineral is a deal breaker for me now. I have never scratched a sapphire crystal and acrylic is easy for me to remove scratches from.
On topic it is an interesting watch. Just not to my tastes.
