I was amazed when i discovered this video by accident :
My jaw dropped !Its like a small horology museum in your wrist!

Well on the practical term you are right ,i wouldn't buy such a watch even if i had the funds for it!
As i said this is an example of Horological achievement and what watchmakers can achieve .
Its Craftsmanship and art at display more of museum piece!
Is nice to look at not wear it !
Its not my taste either,i am more on the minimal school, but i admit i give these watchmakers respect!
PS i really like how you described it and popped each one of the party balloons!!

Yes its positive !
You also reminded me the way these old fellows from the Muppet Show commented each event, that was the fun part !
The actual part was that you were realistic with 3-5 words that would have taken a paragraph for me to describe!

I think it’s cool! At least I can tell time without guessing.
When I want to tell time on my watch, I want to see this happen....

Well perhaps they can build a new millennium domino clock dropping each domino for a second,a minute who know!
Nice one by the way......the speed of the domino bricks was amazing!

Well I'm impressed.
I can only imagine what we will see in the future. With the ability to use CAD to design and try things before the final product is made, the future will be amazing. (probably not practical, but amazing)

caution on what you wish for. it's not domino piece, but close to the concept.

It may not be practical and certainly it's not for everyone, but I actually really like the concept.
The hand sweeping back and forth across the deck immediately conjures the image of the boom of a sailboat swinging back and forth across the deck as it catches the wind.
To me this very clearly represents the marriage between classic horological and nautical elements. If this wasn't an outrageously expensive watch, I would want one for my collection.
I'm sure there will be a high quality chinese rep floating around the market eventually though.
