Hi H-F,


I got a 3 pieces dial from Gordon with 2mm and a pair of 616 tall tube hands. When trying to install the hands the tube was too short, they didn’t even reach the cp or hour wheel.

Talk with Gordon and he doesn’t have tubes.

Who can help me on this? Repairing the hands or get another set would work.

If that doesn't pan out you might need to reach out to neckyzips. He makes custom tall hour wheels and cannon pinions. Not cheap, but the most professional looking solution.

I had this problem too once. I bought some little brass tubes which I inserted "pressed" into the hands to get a bit of an extension. You may be able to buy hands with a bigger diameter to make this work. I dont remember.

I have some brass tubes here what diameter is your post?

The hands already have a tube. Removing that one and install another one, not sure if the hands would survive my skills .

The neckyzips sounds good. He is about to start a build for me that was waiting for the new shop to open. I would also ask him a quote.

arhaya tubes are very long

Tube height (+/- mm) : H = 2.6, M = 3.0, S = 2.0
