I was in my shop, happened to come too close to a shelf and launched a bunch of parts and watches...
Fortunately it was my own stuff, screws, stems, parts, movements, watches and some tools all over the place....damn.

Now I know what to do in the next couple of days.

Sorry to hear that,I hope no major damage to the parts :( I hope we haven't "jinxed" it with our discussion about dropping movements yesterday

We got a heavy down pour started on Dec 31 afternoon to Jan 1 afternoon. and water is flooding the whole city and its surrounding rural area until now. We also suffer electricity shutdown by electric company for safety precaution started on Jan 1 morning and no sign when it's going to be on again since it is still flooding.

(taken from steph_dexter account)

For two days in a row, I have to take shower using rain water (+antiseptic) due to no power to suck out the land water (water company hasn't reach my area yet). So if today no rain, means tomorrow I'll have to skip shower before go to work, or take shower in nearby gas station.

What a great condition to start a year. :shifty:
